| The most economic tariffs are available in the periods of low traffic, any week day but Fridays and Sundays. Weekend tariffs are a little bit higher. As a standard procedure to obtain lower tariffs it's necessary to book at least 14 days before departure. Most LowCost companies are NON-TICKET AIR LINES. This means that at the time of check-in it's necessary to present the confirmation number, given at the moment of the online or phone reservation in the reservation center. This number should be written down because identifies in a unique way the reservation and the flight details. It's also necessary to present the passport, a driving license with a photograph, an international student card or a valid national ID, at the check-in desk for all the domestic flights within the UK or between Ireland, and UK. For all international flights the passport is demanded (if necessary, visa), or a national ID if applicable.
Passengers without the necessary documents and confirmation number won't be allowed to go on board. |

| The reservation will be exclusively confirmed if the payment has been made. In order to always guarantee the lowest prices LowCost companies try to fill as much as possible every flight thus not having situations in confirmation standby. For this reason the system unlike the systems used by classic air companies allows not only to make reservations, but the buying of the ticket is contextual to the reservation: therefore, under no motive can happen that after buying the flight there's not free space for you in spite of everything you've paid for. An overbooking is no possible because with this system the company is always sure of the number of places sold. |

In each case, the withdrawal entitlement set in matters of distant contracts are not applied to this type of sale according to item (b) art 7 of the D. Lgs May 22nd, 1999 n.185. |

Modifying or changing a reservation is generally more expensive and sometimes it's better to make a new reservation and "lose" the old ticket.

| What identification documents are accepted for boarding? |

| Passengers should go to the check-in desk for all flights, including national ones with their valid ID documents bearing a photograph. For international flights is necessary to show a valid passport or where allowed the ID card (and visa if necessary). Identification documents accepted for national flights include: valid passport, driving license with a photograph, ID card with a photograph or an international student card with a photograph. National ID cards are only accepted if they are issued by a participant country in Schengen Convention like Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Finland, and Sweden. Children under 16 years travelling with an adult who has one of the identity documents abovementioned won't have the obligation of travelling with identity documents in national flights, but they should present the acknowledgement certificate granted by the municipality. The check-in process won't be completed if the passenger's name in the reservation does not match with the name in the identity document and he won't have the right to a refund. |
